Product description
These inflators are installed in the following life jacket brands:
- Life Jacket Solutions (LJS) – Tidal and Response brands
- Model numbers T150M, G150M, B150M, WB100, PR150M, SRSS150.
- Marlin – Model number MK150.
Check the grey plastic part of the inflator to find out if you have a recalled product.
Recalled inflators are marked “V96000 Halkey Roberts ®” and have a manufacture date between 4 June 2021 and 15 April 2024 (this will be laser printed in the format MM/DD/YY).
Inflators with a manufacture date of 2025 or later (laser printed in the format MM/DD/YY) on the grey body of the mechanism and a grey stripe on the yellow pull tab are not recalled.

Reason the product is recalled
The indicator status on the inflator may show the life jacket is ready for use even when the attached gas cylinder is empty, removed or not connected properly. The life jacket cannot inflate when this happens.
The hazards to consumers
Risk of drowning if the life jacket does not inflate as expected when the manual inflator is deployed.
What consumers should do
Check if your life jacket contains the affected inflator. Use an alternative life jacket if your life jacket is affected.
Return the affected life jacket to the place of purchase for a full refund.
