Reason the product is recalled
The plug and flexible lead on the controller box and submersible pump do not have appropriate insulation or a Safety Approval marking to indicate compliance with the relevant safety standard.
The hazards to consumers
There is a risk of contact with live plug pins, posing an electrocution hazard.
What consumers should do
Return the controller box, submersible pump and plug adapter to Bilby3D. The plug and lead on the controller box will be replaced. The submersible pump will be replaced with a fully compliant model.
