Reason the product is recalled

A component of the insulating resin in the DC Plug may cause the Adapter to overheat, melt, smoke or ignite.

The hazards to consumers

If the Adapter overheats this may cause harmful smoke or odours, or an electrical fire, increasing the risk of injury or death.

What consumers should do
