In some instances the "LS-15" labelled connector's electrical insulation may degrade over time with the potential to overheat and burn.
The hazards to consumers
AC Power cord may overheat and potentially cause a burn hazard.
What consumers should do
1/ Stop using the Power Cord immediately
2/ Visit the Toshiba website, http://www.mytoshiba.com.au/support to check if your Power cord is affected.
3/ If affected, you will be asked to register to receive a replacement AC Power Cord.
