Reason the product is recalled
In some circumstances the faceplate may separate from the body of the AC plug head adaptor when unplugging the AC transformer from the power socket, exposing live parts.

What consumers should do
Consumers should not attempt to unplug the AC transformer for the Dock120AUZ without switching off the power to the transformer at the power source. If you are not certain that the power has been switched off, seek qualified help to confirm the power is off and to remove the transformer safely.
Consumers should contact Targus Australia Customer Service at australia.dock120@Targus.com or 1800 641 645 to arrange a free replacement.
