There is a risk of the lamp holders overheating and creating a risk of fire.

If you have one of the units listed, you should not use the heating function. Please unscrew and remove the heat lamps and store them safely.
It is safe to continue using the light and fan functions.
Please inspect the product label inside the unit to identify the model number per the list. Write down the brand name, and model number, and call 08 8122 2390.
