Reason the product is recalled

The rotating swing handle on the cookware, has a pivot-lock latching system to lock the handle in place for a secure grip when in use.

If the user fails to properly latch and lock the handle or if the latch releases, the pot could become unstable with a left handed pour.

The hazards to consumers

If the latch disengages, the pot may become unstable and this increases the risk of burns, scalding or serious injury.
