Some of the sets have an opening in the base, on the underside of the case, which is large enough to allow access to the internal wiring of the set.

Electric shock.
What consumers should do
The TV set should be switched off and unplugged at the power point before being moved. Customers should return the set to their nearest Big W store for a full refund. For further information call 1300 366 144, Monday to Friday (8.30am-5pm).
