What consumers should do
Consumers who purchased a bean bag from 31st May 2013 to 31st July 2018 should remove the paper clip from the warning label.
Consumers who purchased a bean bag after 1st July 2016 should remove the paper clip from the warning label. The consumer will also be contacted by email to make arrangements for the supplier to post the consumer a new label to affix over the old label.
