The teether rattle set does not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age and the mandatory standard for baby dummies and dummy chains.

There is a risk of serious injury or death from choking if the teether rattle set does not comply with the standard.
What consumers should do
- Consumers should stop using affected teether rattle sets immediately and dispose of them.
