Reason the product is recalled
The travel adapters supplied lack the prescribed length of insulation.
The battery chargers supplied with the products were supplied with a two pin (Type A) American power connectors and a travel adapter to convert it to an Australian plug. Neither the charger nor the travel adapters comply with the Australian Standard AS NZS 4417 and AS/NZS 3112.

Risk of electric shock.
What consumers should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the product. The seller will contact all affected customers directly to supply replacement parts and instructions for the return of the non-compliant parts.
