Reason the product is recalled
The Product failed the NSW product safety standard test which falls under Division 14 of the Fair Trading Regulation 2007 (NSW). Clause 50(c) of the Regulation amends clause 4.18.2(c) of the Standard to the extent that such a Product must not, without modification by the user, be capable of discharging any improvised projectile more than 300mm, in either a vertical or horizontal direction.

KZone magazine will publish a safety advice notice in the May issue of KZone magazine on sale 27 April 2009 to notify readers who obtained a copy of the December issue to remove the Product from the reach of children under their care who are known to have the Product.
