The sunglasses do not meet the lens performance requirements of the mandatory Australian safety standard for sunglasses and fashion spectacles (AS 1067:2003).

What consumers should do
If you received a pair of brown sunglasses, please return them to Pacific Magazines, Reply Paid 62441, Locked Bag 9000, North Sydney 2059, by June 6, 2008 with your postal details so you can be sent a black pair in exchange. Pacific Magazines will cover the cost associated with the postage. Please note this issue does not affect black sunglasses that were also supplied with some February editions of Marie Claire.
