Reason the product is recalled
When the saw head is in its fully upright position, the self adjusting guard of the product does not completely enclose the lower portion of the blade unprotected by the fixed guard. In the event of improper or incorrect use by an operator, the current blade guard configuration does not provide optimum protection from the exposed portion of the blade.
