Reason the product is recalled

The throttle limiting adjustment screw may be improperly adjusted, which may cause the throttle to become stuck open and cause the vehicle to accelerate without throttle input.

The hazards to consumers

There is a risk of serious injury or death if the rider loses control of the vehicle or is unable to stop the vehicle due to a jammed throttle.

What consumers should do

Consumers should stop using the product immediately.

Consumers should contact their nearest CFMOTO dealership to arrange for a free replacement of the affected parts.
