Reason the product is recalled
The product does not comply with the mandatory safety standard for child restraints for use in motor vehicles.
The hazards to consumers
Risk of serious injury or death if the vehicle abruptly stops or is in an accident.
What consumers should do
1. Stop using the seat immediately.
2. Customers who have purchased the seat directly from Direct On Sale can get a full refund plus reimbursement for postage when returning the product.
3. Email help@directonsale.com.au with your order number (if available), name and address to receive the details of where to return your seat.
4. If you did not purchase this product directly from Direct On Sale, please contact the place where you purchased the product to obtain a refund from them.
