Reason the product is recalled

In some circumstances, the element connection may overheat and become detached. The detached 'live' connector could then come in contact with the unearthed rear metal panel.

The hazards to consumers

If the defect is present, the consumer could make contact with the ‘live’ rear panel, possibly resulting in an electric shock hazard.

What consumers should do

Stop using the product immediately and contact us to arrange for a brand new product replacement within 10 days of returning the heater to us at a place near you.
