The light fittings have tempered glass lenses situated over the LED chips that can break during operation.
The hazards to consumers
If the defect occurs, hot glass particles may fall from the light fitting and pose a laceration or burn hazard to consumers.

Affected consumers have been already contacted and the affected lenses replaced. There are no additional lights in Australia that need to be repaired.
