Reason the product is recalled
The flotation device has decorative holes positioned around and in the centre of the product. There is a risk that a small child could become trapped in these holes.

Any customers who purchased the flotation device are advised to cease using the product and return it directly to either the place of purchase or Playcorp for a full refund of the purchase price and the cost of postage to return the product.
