Reason the product is recalled
Water may leak into the door latch area, causing possible electrical tracking between circuit components and accessible controls.
The hazards to consumers
If the defect occurs, the consumer may receive an electric shock.

Consumers should turn the dishwasher power supply off. The dishwasher should not be used.

Fisher & Paykel will arrange for a service technician to call out and replace the necessary part free of charge.
