The left leg of the fork may crack above the disc brake mount.

If the defect occurs during use, this poses a fall hazard to the cyclist.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled forks and contact Monza Imports Cycling for a full refund or a substitute Road Fork 2.0 Disc 1.5” taper model and appropriate headset replacement.
