A child can strike, sit or fall on the plastic ignition key, resulting in serious groin injury.
What consumers should do
Consumers should immediately discontinue use of the Trike and store in a safe place. Contact Mattel for a repair kit, a refund or a replacement product. Consumers should not return the product to retail stores.
