The product features three cables that are attached to the top of the light and join in a triangular shape to a single cable which is then attached to the ceiling.

Reason the product is recalled
The cable suspension may not adequately secure the light to the ceiling and may break.
The hazards to consumers
If the cable suspension breaks, the light may fall, which may cause crushing or serious injury to persons standing or working below it.
What consumers should do
Consumers with affected products are advised not to stand or walk underneath the light fitting until the fitting has been fixed. Consumers should contact JSB Lighting Australia to organise a replacement cable to be installed, free of charge.
