Only units with the letters EMS on the thermostat control panel are affected. Do not operate the heater until the circuit board has been replaced.

Reason the product is recalled

A defect in the circuit board may lead to the gas flow being activated without being ignited. Heaters installed in a confined space or LPG units have a higher potential safety risk as they could concentrate any gas being emitted in one location.
