The injector size is too small, causing the unit to emit carbon monoxide.

If the unit runs for prolonged periods in an enclosed area without ventilation, carbon monoxide poisoning could occur.

What consumers should do

Consumers should cease using the product and immediately seek medical advice if they suspect that they may have been exposed to carbon monoxide as a result of using this fan heater.

Consumers should contact Sydney Tools Pty Ltd via phone 02 8199 1147 or email import@sydneytools.com.au to arrange an inspection of the fan heater, to determine if the injector size is correct and for the injector to be replaced if it is the wrong size.
