Reason the product is recalled
The circular flash tube has three electrodes that are live parts. A consumer may come into contact with live parts, especially when moving the lightning kit or replacing a light globe. In addition, instructions provided did not provide effective safety advice.
The hazards to consumers
There is a risk of electric shock if a consumer comes into contact with the live parts.
What consumers should do
Cease using the product immediately. Please contact Digital Camera Warehouse to arrange for return of the product and a refund.
