The hot water bottles do not have the required safety warning permanently marked on them as per Trade Practices (Consumer Product Safety Standard) (Hot Water Bottles) Regulation 2008.
The hazards to consumers
Filling the hot water bottle with boiling water may result in it bursting during use, causing severe scalding.

If opened, the flower motif on the front of the bottle says "11" in the middle and there are dots in 3 of the petals of the flower.
