These aquatic toys do not have required warning label in accordance with Consumer Protection Notice No.2 of 2009.
The hazards to consumers
If adults do not properly supervise children while they are using the product, there is an increased risk of drowning.
What consumers should do
Consumers should immediately stop using these products and either return the product to their nearest Rivers store for a full refund of the purchase price or contact Rivers by telephoning 1800 151 110.
