The front bellcrank in the brake system can fail. This can cause the brakes to fail.
The hazards to consumers
Risk of death or serious injury to the user or bystanders if brakes fail while in use.
Incidents have occurred overseas resulting in serious injuries.

Stop using the tractor immediately. Do not use the tractor again until it has been repaired.
