Reason the product is recalled
The product does not comply with the mandatory standard 'Consumer Goods (Bean Bags) Safety Standard 2014 Consumer Protection Notice No. 4 of 2014 as amended'. The external cover/bag is not fitted with a warning label and the toggle has not been removed from the child-resistant slide fastener. The inner lining warning label does not have the correct wording.

What consumers should do
Consumers should contact Lovesac via the website at https://lovesac.com.au, by email at hq@lovesac.com.au, or via phone on (02) 9380 4904 (7 days a week, 10am - 6pm) to make arrangements to either return the external cover/bag (only) for repair or to arrange a replacement external cover/bag.
Bags that are returned to Lovesac will have the toggle/puller on the external cover zip removed and a current warning label attached before returning it to the consumer. For replacement external covers/bags Lovesac will send a replacement cover to the consumer asking them to return the existing cover to be destroyed.
Lovesac will provide a self-adhering correctly worded WARNING label to be attached to the incorrect inner liner label. Please do not return the inner liner.
