If the glass casing shatters it may pose an injury hazard from broken glass or a naked flame.
What consumers should do
Consumers should cease using the candle immediately and return it to any kikki.K store for a full refund.
If customers would prefer to return the candle via post or courier service, they can contact us at info@kikki-K.com or (03) 9645 6346 so we can arrange this free of charge.
Consumers will also be provided with a $20 kikki.K gift voucher in addition to a full refund when the product is returned to us.
