Reason the product is recalled
The interconnecting cable used inside the headboard’s lighting and USB assembly may overheat.
The hazards to consumers
Risk of serious burn injuries or death and property damage if the interconnecting cable overheats and catches fire.
What consumers should do
- Immediately unplug the LENA Bed from the power and stop using the built-in lighting and USB charging functions.
- Contact Master Pacific for a replacement cable and installation instructions.
- Before installing the replacement cable please read the instructions and view the instructional video.
- Contact Master Pacific if you have sold or gifted the LENA Bed to another person or if you need assistance installing the replacement cable.
