Reason the product is recalled
A fault in the heating element assembly may cause the water/wet parts to become live.
The hazards to consumers
In the event mains power were to leak to the wet parts of the product this could lead to electric shock.
What consumers should do
* Immediately discontinue using the spa and unplug it from the socket outlet.
