A fault in the heating element assembly may cause the water/wet parts to become live.

There is a risk of electric shock.
What consumers should do
Immediately discontinue use of the spa and unplug it from the socket. Contact Customer service on 1800 056 066 or email help@keno.com.au to obtain refund or replacement.
