Reason the product is recalled
May have an electrical component failure. If the Modems mains power cord connector plug is pulled out from the inlet, the method of holding the Modems inlet plug connector pins in the Modems plastic moulding may fail.

What consumers should do
The mains power cord connector should not be removed from the Modems until a verification test has been carried out by an authorised technician. Nokia will contact each subscriber to arrange for an electrical safety inspection.
