The hazards to consumers
There is a risk of a serious burn injury and/or property damage if the battery overheats and catches fire.
Multiple power banks have overheated and caught fire, causing serious injuries and property damage.
What consumers should do
Consumers should stop using affected power banks immediately.
Return power banks to the place of purchase for a full refund.
