Reason the product is recalled
The engine wiring harness may be routed incorrectly and may become damaged from contact with the shift plate mounting bracket. The defect could lead to the following:
* the starter engages and cranks the engine, but the engine does not start; or
* the starter does not operate or crank the engine.

The hazards to consumers
The consumer may not be able to start the engine.
