An issue has been detected with the cord sheath anchorage system with potential for the supply cord to separate from the lamp.
The hazards to consumers
If defect occurs, user may come into contact with live conductors and risk electric shock.
What consumers should do
Customers who purchased the product after March 1st 2014 should immediately stop using the product and return affected item to place of purchase for a refund. Alternatively contact HPM Legrand customer service on 1300 369 777 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday for further instructions.
