The chair has a design defect and is unstable.

The hazards to consumers

The chair may collapse or tip over while in use which could cause injury to the user. 

What consumers should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled egg chairs and return them to any T.K. Maxx store or contact TJX Australia for instructions on how to dismantle and dispose of the chair to receive a full refund.
