Risk of death or serious injury from burns and/or property damage from fire.
A defect has occurred causing a fire resulting in property damage.
What consumers should do
Consumers should check their recliner/sofa to see if it is one of the affected models and if so immediately turn off the power and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Consumers should then contact Supreme Furniture CH Pty LTD:
- for instructions about how to disconnect the cupholder safely
- to ask for assistance, if needed
- to arrange for the replacement of the cupholder and insertion of a dummy plug
