Reason the product is recalled
The rattles and teethers are of shape and size smaller than permitted dimensions. The items do not comply with the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age (Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2003, as amended by the regulation).
The hazards to consumers
Rattles and teethers that are of a shape and size that can enter a child's throat may present a choking hazard.
What consumers should do
Consumers should remove the rattles from children and return them by mail to Noc Noc, PO Box 487, Lennox Head NSW 2478 in order to receive a replacement product.
