There is a risk of serious burn injuries or death if the adaptor catches fire.
Incidents have occurred.
What consumers should do
- Stop using the adaptor immediately and disconnect it from both the power outlet and the product.
- Register the affected adaptor via the Yamaha online portal.
- Yamaha will arrange for an authorised Yamaha service agent to replace the adaptor free of charge.
