Reason the product is recalled
The seat latch may not latch satisfactorily and may dislodge the operators unexpectedly. The flush fitting hose may not be connected properly and could disconnect under water pressure, thus forcing an uncontrolled flow of water, which can overwhelm the evacuation of water in the automatic bilge system. This can then cause the vessel to become inoperative and result in water exposure leading to injury.
