Cease use of the Portable Air Conditioner immediately and contact Glen Dimplex Australia on 1300 556 816 between 8.30am–5.00pm EST (Mon – Fri) or email techservau@glendimplex.com.au. Glen Dimplex will arrange for the product to be collected and replaced with an equivalent model.
