What consumers should do
Consumers should unplug any potentially affected powerboards and check if the flexible cord can be moved through the grommet. If the cord cannot move, no action is required. If the cord can be moved through the grommet, contact Powerleader in 02 9860 2782 or email support@powerleader.com.au to arrange for a replacement unit.
