The 9117V2 Rego Brass Cylinder Valves may demonstrate some cracking which could result in the valve representing a safety risk, because of the possibility of a leak of sulphur dioxide product.

If you have an R sized BOC sulphur dioxide cylinder (check cylinder label for product name and 172R number) you should not touch the cylinder and immediately call BOC on 1300 728 881 to determine whether or not BOC needs to recall your cylinder.
