Reason the product is recalled
Does not meet the requirements of the Australian Standard AS/NZS 2640:1994. Independent testing indicates that the Jackramp does not meet the structural integrity tests set out in the Standard therefore potentially posing a significant safety risk to consumers.
What consumers should do
Customers are advised to immediately cease using the ramp and return it to the Autobarn store from which it was purchased for a full refund. For further information contact Autobarn Head Office on (03) 9840 1033.
