Reason the product is recalled

The 12V dc battery charging plug lead may be able to be inserted into the 230V ac socket-outlet on the generator.

The hazards to consumers

If the 12V dc plug lead is inserted into the 230V ac socket-outlet, there is a risk of electric shock or electrocution.

What consumers should do

Consumers should not use the 12V dc plug lead. Consumers should return the generator and plug lead to the dealer where purchased, for repair and replacement plug lead.
