Reason the product is recalled
The screws that hold the controller in place, forming part of the earth connection, could become loose. This may allow the earth connection to break which will affect the electrical safety of the pellet heater.

Risk of electric shock.
What consumers should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the heater, turn off the power at the wall and disconnect the plug. Consumers should contact Scandia to assess if an on-site inspection and repair is necessary.
