Light fittings do not comply with the standard AS/NZS 60598.1. The luminaire may become electrically live due to inadequate clearance between the terminal block and its metal parts.

What consumers should do
Customers should immediately email mastersescalations@woolworths.com.au or call 1300 767 969 to return any uninstalled light fittings for a full refund. Where the light fittings have been installed, arrangements will be made for an inspection by an electrician.
